Clauses applicable to our mediation and management services

1. Purpose

These terms govern the provision of mediation, selection and domestic staff management services supplied by BARRIO FILIPINO AGENCIA SERVICIO DOMÉSTICO, S.L. (the "Agency") to employer clients and candidates interested in collaborating.

2. Service Contracting

The contracting process is formalised by accepting the proposal and signing the corresponding agreement. The Agency will provide written details of the contracted services, fees and payment conditions.

3. Fees

The Agency's fees are published in the "For Employers" section and consist of 80% of the agreed salary + VAT for selection management, and €100 for replacement services. Any additional service will be quoted in advance.

4. Agency Obligations

  • Select candidates who meet the requirements established by the employer.
  • Verify references and legal documentation provided by candidates.
  • Offer guidance on labour and Social Security procedures related to the hired staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding information provided by clients and candidates.

5. Client Obligations

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information about the position to be filled and the conditions offered.
  • Pay the agreed fees within the established deadlines.
  • Comply with Spanish labour and Social Security regulations regarding the hired staff.
  • Inform the Agency of any relevant incident during the selection process or throughout the employment relationship.

6. Guarantees and Replacements

The Agency offers a 90-day guarantee period for replacements at no additional cost when the worker does not adapt to the client's needs, provided that the contractual obligations have been fulfilled.

7. Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other fails to comply with essential obligations. If the client cancels the service after the selection process has started, the work performed up to that moment will be invoiced.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid city, unless a mandatory rule establishes a different jurisdiction.
